These terms govern your use of grenskincare.com, operated by Gren Skincare. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

1. Eligibility - You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.
2. Account - Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Products & pricing - Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We may correct errors and update prices without notice.
4. Orders - Your order is an offer; a contract forms when we confirm/dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud) and will refund any amount paid.
5. Payment - Via Razorpay (UPI, cards, etc.) or Cash on Delivery where available.
6. Shipping - Fulfilled via Shiprocket and partner carriers; timelines are estimates.
7. Returns & refunds - Governed by our Return Policy (/returns): sealed products within 7 days; opened products with defects, wrong items, or counterfeit concerns with photo evidence.
8. Authenticity guarantee - Every product is sourced direct from the brand or an authorised distributor and batch-verifiable. If a product is found not to be authentic, we will refund it in full - see /authenticity.
9. Acceptable use - No misuse, scraping, or unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual property - Site content and trademarks belong to Gren or its licensors.
11. Disclaimers & liability - Products are not a substitute for medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the order value.
12. Governing law - Laws of India govern these terms.
